Description:

Set at 4,000 meters above sea level, Cold Crash immerses players in a harrowing survival scenario stemming from a plane crash aftermath. The protagonist, Anna, is the sole survivor, stranded in severe conditions of -20 degrees Celsius (-4 Fahrenheit), armed only with a flight attendant uniform and an outdated transceiver. The approach of a historic storm adds urgency to her plight. The core question remains: can you guide Anna to safety?

Cold Crash constitutes an interactive narrative that simulates a survival experience in the perilous Alpine environment. Players engage with Anna through real-time communication akin to a chat application, working to ensure her safe descent to the valley floor. You assume the role of Marcus, an experienced yet aging mountain rescuer, overseeing and supporting Anna's efforts.

Anna’s window for survival narrows rapidly. She was the only survivor of a small private plane’s wreckage but is poorly equipped—lacking adequate clothing and survival gear, and inexperienced in mountain rescue. Meanwhile, the area around her is secured by abandoned huts and hotels; ski lifts have ceased functioning; and both tourists and rescue teams have retreated into the valley, sheltering from an impending blizzard of unprecedented severity.

The game prompts critical decisions: How much time does Anna have to search for essential supplies among the wreckage? What strategies can she employ to endure this ordeal? Might she uncover the cause of the crash—was it accidental or deliberate sabotage? Her survival hinges on communication with Marcus via the frail old transceiver, making every message vital before chaos engulfs her environment.
